Hourly Studio Rental Rates
Our hourly booking clients have full access to our 850 sqft Studio that comes equipped with Studio Lighting Equipment & Modifiers (see Equipment List; valid photo ID required), Grip Gear, Tethering Station, White & Grey Seamless Paper, Satin & Muslin Backdrops with full access to any Props we may have available in the studio. Other seamless paper colors can be ordered and made available upon request at client’s expense. Seamless colored paper is charged $15/sweep.
2 Hour Minimum on hourly bookings. Overnight storage is $100 per night. Overtime fees calculated at $25 every 15 minutes.
Monthly Studio Memberships
We offer 5 Hour, 10 Hour and 15 Hour Monthly Memberships. Members have full access to our 850 sqft Studio, Studio Lighting Equipment & Modifiers, Grip Gear, Tethering Station, Muslin Backdrops and Props. Members also have access to a 20,000+ sqft rooftop with amazing city views. A specialized booking calendar is made available for easy booking directly from your mobile device. Every member has a dedicated mini portfolio displayed on Co•Lab Studios website for client referrals and social media highlights of member work and behind the scenes footage taken by Co•Lab Studios staff.
Members who may want more hours than allotted in their plans get a discounted rate of $50/hr. Monthly memberships have a minimum commitment of 3 months. Billing cycle starts on the 1st or 15th of the month. Discounted membership rate for longer membership terms available.
Alternative Space Uses
We are open to other non-photography/video related uses of the space depending on the scope of the use. Drop us a line letting us know what you may need the space for and we’ll get in contact with you with a quote if we can accommodate your request.
